Movie: Mission Impossible 2

Budget: 125 million dollars

Plot: Explosions, Chimera Virus, Slow Motion.

Review: Slow Motion killed it for me, and it was soooo boring. If you like Mission Impossible, stick with the first movie, or the tv show. Or Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol.
